Two Women Killed, Two Others Injured in Christmas Day Stabbing in Milton Keynes




What Happened


On Christmas Day, a suspected stabbing incident in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, left two women dead and two others seriously injured. Police responded to reports of the attack at a block of apartments on Santa Cruz Avenue at 6:36 p.m.


The Victims


  • A 38-year-old woman and a 24-year-old woman were pronounced dead at the scene.

  • A teenage boy and a man in his late twenties were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Both are currently in stable condition.

  • A dog was also injured in the attack but later died after being taken to a veterinarian.


The Arrest


A 49-year-old man from Milton Keynes has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. He remains in police custody. Authorities have confirmed that no other suspects are being sought, and the individuals involved were known to each other.

DCI Stuart Brangwin expressed condolences to the victims’ families, stating:"We have launched a double murder investigation. While this may be concerning to the public, we have made an arrest and are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident."
