Hunter Biden Convicted Guilty Of All Three Felony Charges In The Federal Gun Case


Hunter Biden has been convicted of all three felony counts against him by the 12-member jury in Delaware federal court. After two days of deliberation, the jury decided to declare him guilty, saying he “knowingly” lied on the application form to purchase a gun, though he was actively using drugs.


The federal gun trial of Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has come to an end today. the jury from Delaware, including six women and six men, all unanimously found the defendant guilty. He was charged for purchasing and possessing firearms while being a drug user as well as lying about his drug usage in the application form required to buy a firearm in 2018.


This is the first time a sitting president’s son has been convicted guilty for federal crimes. Whether Mr. Biden will face prison time or not is still unclear.


Mr. Biden looked calm as the verdict was read. He was accompanied by his lawyer, Abbe Lowell, and his wife, Melissa Biden.


President Joe Biden, who didn’t attend the trial, said, “I will accept the outcome of this case and will continue to respect the judicial process as Hunter considers an appeal. But I am also a dad. So many families who have had loved ones battle addiction understand the feeling of pride seeing someone you love come out the other side and be so strong and resilient in recovery."
